Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick Caramel Candy 82 Review

Today I am going to review a lipstick from Revlon super lustrous range. The range 
was launched long ago and it’s very popular among lipstick lovers. I am not a 
lipstick person, I prefer lip-gloss but sometimes I love applying lipsticks too. 
So, let’s move to the review now.

My Experience with Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick Caramel Candy:

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick comes in a classy black packaging with a gold 
band in between which looks really nice and attractive. The cap shuts with a 
click sound which makes it travel friendly and you can easily carry it around 
while travelling. The shade name and number are mentioned on the bottom of 
the bullet. The lipstick is fragrance free which is good as I am not a fond of
flavored lip-products.The shade I am going to review is “Caramel Candy”
which is a soft brown shade with slight shimmers in it. I am not very fond of
brown lip shades and I got this lipstick as a gift from a dear one. The shade is 
perfect for office-goers and those who don’t like bold lip shades. I don’t like 
the shimmers present in the lipstick but the shimmers are not very chunky and
they fade after 1 hour of application. I wear this shade when with Smokey eye. 

The texture is creamy and it glides like a dream on lips without lip balm also.
The shade is pigmented and two swipes are enough to hide pigmented lips,
you can also build the shade if you’re fond of dark shades. The lipstick gives 
a semi-matte finish with slight shimmers after application. The texture is non-sticky 
and it’s very comfortable to wear daily. It doesn't bleed and settle in fine lines. 
I have some lipsticks which settle in lines due to creamy texture but this lipstick 
is exceptional. The staying power is also good and it stays for around 3 hours 
with light meals in between. 

Pros:

• Packaging is sturdy

• Easily available everywhere

• The shade is pretty soft brown

• Gives semi matte finish with slight shimmers

• Very pigmented 

• Texture is smooth 

• Glides easily without tugging

• Non-sticky and very comfortable to wear

• Doesn’t bleed or settle in fine lines

• Stays for 3 hours maximum 

• The shade is good for everyday


Cons:

• Shimmer though they are not very chunky 

• Staying power could have been better
