So you are suffering from dark circles under the eyes, and want a natural
remedy to get rid of them. There are many cosmetic products in the market
that promise to treat dark circles.

However, treating dark circles in a natural manner is a great way of avoiding
the chemicals that are present in most cosmetic products. Before we take a
look at the natural ways to reduce dark circles, it is important that we get a
gist of what causes dark circles and puffiness in the first place.

Causes of Dark Circles and Puffiness Under Eyes -

There can be several reasons for dark circles and puffiness under the eyes.
One of the most common causes is the natural aging  process of the body.

becomes even thinner.” (Gary Goldfaden, MD, LE Magazine March 2005)

Other reasons that cause dark circles and puffiness around the eyes are
damage by ultraviolet radiation, pollution, and irritants. Lack of quality sleep
and insomnia are also known to be a factor in causing dark circles.

of dark circles under the eyes in case of some people.
