  • Take 1 tablespoon tomato juice,2 tablespoon of oats, 1/2 tablespoon of yogurt (curd),mix them well and apply this paste on affected areas for about 15 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water.With regular use you will see a noticeable change.This pack can be used 3 times a week and it suitable for all skin types.

  • Take 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,mix them well and apply this paste over face for about 15 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water.This pack may stain your face but it will be temporarily also it is advisable to apply this pack before going off to sleep.Can be used on alternate days and is suitable for all skin types.

  • Apply fresh aloe vera gel on the affected areas for 30 minutes or can be applied overnight.Wash it off next morning with lukewarm water or after 30 minutes. Aloevera is very effective when it comes to healing skin pigmentation.Use it regularly to reap its maximum benefits.

  • Another natural way to treat pigmentation is to take 1 tablespoon of fresh orange juice,1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of rose water and apply this mixture over affected areas for about 15-20 minutes and wash it off later with lukewarm water.If fresh orange juice is not available you can substitute it with orange peel powder,as it is supposed to contain high Vit C content.

  • Make sure before you step out in sun, sunscreen or sunblock has been applied liberally to your face and affected areas.This would protect your skin from further pigmentation.

  • Consuming lot of fluids,water to keep yourself hydrated is must.Water itself is a boon to keep healthy skin.Include lot of Vit C in your diet(orange juice,lemonade,lime water)which is helpful in pigmentation.
