About Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock: The sunscreen is to be applied liberally on body and face 15-30 mins before sun exposure.Though it is an oil free sunscreen it made my face look greasy and shiny,so now i usually apply it on my body rather than face.It does an excellent job as a body sunblock,it protects my skin from sunburn and suntan.This sunscreen is not only waterproof and sweat proof but it is also non comedogenic means it wont clog pores.When buying any product for oily skin always look for the word non comedogenic.This sunblock can be applied on face in winters as our skin tend to sweat and secrete less oil unlike summers.Its a good sunblock cream and can be used by all skin types.I tried it only once on my face so cant say if it can break out on oily skin or not.
